How to download and view documents
- Viewing and/or Downloading a Document
- Click the document name or icon. Depending on your browser settings:
- The document may open in a new browser tab or window.
- You may be prompted to choose either to save or open the document in your browser.
- If the document opens in your browser: Click on the download icon on that page.
- Click the document name or icon. Depending on your browser settings:
- Opening Your Downloaded Document
- For PDF documents, ensure Adobe Reader is installed.
- Navigate to the document's saved location.
- Double-click the file to open it.
Final Approval
Over time, Devon has modified the historic owner number formats contained in the Owner Number column appearing in the “Initial Plan of Allocation” by adding a “9” or “90” at the beginning of each owner number and/or at times including additional 2 digits (generally “01”) at the end of the number. Therefore, to locate your owner number on the Initial Plan of Allocation using a recent check stub you may need to remove the leading “9” or “90” and/or remove the ending “01” and look for the remaining digits in the Owner Number column.
